I started property preservation working with another company over 10 years ago and decided to start my own business for cleanup and property preservation with the help of some family members with over 40 years of experience in housekeeping and general cleaning, over 10 years in property preservations and over 15 years of lawn care services, we make one amazing company who strive to make our clients property marketable again.

Our team specialize in cleaning up and repairing things that is over our client's budget, if repairable.

Move in Ready

We strive to make our client's property market ready and move in ready, spot free.

Lawn Care

Our lawn care team brings the life back to your property.  With lawn maintenance, which included grass cuts, edging walkways and trimming shrubs.

Housekeeping

We are backed with a high levels of housekeeping experiences.  No job to big or small for us to bring your property back to be marketable again.

Repairs

Our team preforms  small to moderate repairs.  such as holes in walls, small roof repairs, leaks and etc.

Trash Away

As our team work to get your property back on the market, we also provide a trash away service.  That's right no trash left behind.  Trash is our worry not our clients.

Winterization

After securing the property the home must be winterized and inspected.  It involves fully purging the home's plumbing system of water and must be tagged.

Total Home Security

Before we enter in your property we must make sure that is free and secure from anyone being on the property.  This is where the local Sheriff comes into play, at the request of the client and someone may still be there that should not be.

Board up

Our team also offers board ups for clients that request for the property to be boarded and secured because of unwanted guest.

Lockbox

As a part of securing the client's property, we change locks and provide lockboxes as requested by the client.
